STRATEGY

Our goal was to deliver a targeted and continuous b2b analyst relations programme that introduced key analysts to Subex and build awareness of HyperSense and the benefits it brings to enterprise customers and CSPs.

From the start and continuing today, TechComms strives to ensure the analyst relationships within the AI space grows and strengthens. This is achieved through regular interaction and in supporting analyst research by providing relevant information and organising engaging and interactive briefings.

In turn, this strategy has led to report coverage and has maximised the opportunities for analysts to recommend Subex to their clients. Analysts are often quoted in the IT, Telecoms, and Business press, and therefore these interactions also have the potential to lead to positive press coverage.

RESULTS

Subex has been featured in two reports published by leading analyst firm Gartner. Featuring Hypersense, the company was named as a representative vendor in 2022 Gartner Market Guide for AI in CSP Customer and Business Operations. Subex was also named in Gartner’s 2022 report Market Guide for Multipersona Data Science and Machine Learning Platforms.

Appledore Research also published a vendor profile of Subex, and further coverage has been secured in forthcoming reports from GlobalData and Analysys Mason.

Other achievements include a virtual analyst roundtable that took place in April 2021. It was organised by TechComms to introduce HyperSense to influencers in the analyst community. Analysts from ABI Research, Omdia, GlobalData, and Technology Business Review attended. The format of the event was a presentation and demonstration of the product, which was well received by the attendees, all of which now follow developments from Subex.

Another component of the analyst programme involved coordinating a US analyst tour in April 2022 and securing introductory face-to-face meetings with leading industry thinkers. A meeting was set up with Tier-1 analyst firm Forrester Research and further meetings were organised with GlobalData and Frost and Sullivan.
