On Wednesday, 7 February 2024, at 13:30-14:30 (1.30-2.30pm) our very own Saverio Romeo, who is working with us as an independent research and analyst at TechComms, is also a lecturer at the Birkbeck Centre for Innovation Management Research (CIMR) and is hosting and moderating of what is sure to be an informative and engaging virtual discussion about generative AI for business.
With generative AI (think: Chat-GPT) on everyone’s mind, the debate over how this emerging technology will impact the future of work is now in full swing. This panel discussion will focus on how organisations are adopting generative AI tools and cover both the positives and negatives of bringing generative AI into daily operations.
Panel participants will include:
• Dr. Paul Nulty Lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, Birkbeck, UK
• Dr. Andrew Atter Lecturer, Global Business and Entrepreneurship, GBS Oxford Brookes University, Manchester Campus; and Visiting Fellow, Birkbeck CIMR
• Shazade Jameson Senior Consultant Digital, Technopolis Group, Belgium
This online discussion is part of the CIMR Debates and Workshops in Public Policy series.
