Flexible / Remote Working

We know how important it is to have a work-life balance, so we offer a flexible, hybrid four-day week policy. We meet as a full team every Monday to plan for the week ahead, participate in lunch and learns, and use this time for team development. Despite not being in an office environment each day, collaboration with each other and our clients is seamless, which minimises the need for travel and therefore our global footprint.

Birthdays off

We provide our team with an extra day’s holiday – their birthday, allowing them to celebrate and recharge. Our goal is to foster a positive and supportive work environment, so this extra day off, alongside our flexible work policy helps to encourage a healthy work-life balance. We want our employees to feel valued and rewarding them with a well-deserved day off on their special day is something we insist on!

Multicultural/ Multinational

We have a multinational, multicultural team of communication enthusiasts that thrive and flourish in a fast-paced environment. Our leadership team is 100% female and of different ethnicities – offering diversity to our company and our clients. We work with a team of 15 experienced male and female freelancers from a variety of age groups, countries, and backgrounds, including American, English, French, German, Italian, Scottish and Spanish.

Social Days

We have an emphasis on fun as well as work. We have monthly team lunches and having already completed the Three Peaks Challenge for the Autistica charity, we have now incorporated regular charity expeditions into the year. Our social days are great for team building in a relaxed and fun environment.

Wellness Days

We take mental health seriously. We know that well-rested employees are happier and work more productively, which is why we schedule a bi-annual wellness day, so that the team can focus on self-care and put themselves first! The TechComms team are always happy when it’s time to book in the next spa day! We also offer healthcare insurance to our employees to help support their physical and mental health.

Professional development

We are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team through a variety of professional training programmes. To meet this goal, we are members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and Institute of Influencer & Analyst Relations (IIAR) which provides our employees with the opportunity to build their skills and access training materials on communication, AR and PR strategies, and media and analyst management.
