Social Days

We have an emphasis is put on fun as well as work. Our social days have included visits to Life Size Monopoly, the Clink Prison and Electric Shuffle. We have monthly team lunches, and having completed the Three Peaks Challenge for the charity Autistica, we have now also incorporated charity expeditions into our year for the team. We’ve found that these social days are great for team building in a relaxed and fun environment.

Multicultural/ Multinational

We have a multi-national, multi-cultural team of technology enthusiasts. Our leqdership team is 100% female which includes people of different ethnicities – offering more diversity to our company. We work with a team of 15 experienced freelancers from a variety of backgrounds and age groups including: Italian, German, English, French, Spanish, American and Scottish.

Professional development

We are committed to supporting the growth and development through a variety of professional training programs, offering specialised training tailored to individuals and the team. We are also members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, which provide our employees with advanced knowledge in communication, PR strategies and media management.

Birthdays off

Our team can enjoy a day off on their birthday as an extra day’s holiday allowing them to celebrate and recharge. We want to foster a positive and supportive work environment, so this alongside with our flexible work policies hopefully encourages a healthy work-life balance. We want our employees to feel valued and so to reward them with a well-deserved day off on their special day is something we insist on!

Wellness Days

We take mental health seriously and know that rested employees are happier and work more productively, that is why we schedule an bi-annual wellness day, so that the team can focus on self-care and put themselves first! The TechComms team are always happy when it’s time to book in the next spa day! We also have healthcare to help support physical and mental health for our staff.

Flexible / Remote Working

We know how important it is to have a work-life balance, so we offer a flexible, remote work and a four-day week policy. We meet as a full team once a week to enjoy a get together, participate in lunch and learns and use this time for team development. We use video conferencing daily to communicate with each other and our clients, which helps minimise our global footprint.
