STRATEGY

To achieve maximum exposure, TechComms proposed a PR and media relations strategy that would focus on securing press coverage in leading UK telco and business computing publications.

TechComms worked with Anritsu Service Assurance to identify relevant and timely topics such as network service assurance, zero touch automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and AI for IT operations (AIOps). Media pitches were developed and based on these topics to secure guest articles, as well as interviews and commentaries for key spokespeople in the Anritsu Service Assurance team.

RESULTS

Over the duration of one year (July 2023 to July 2024), TechComms secured 28 pieces of coverage across 18 publications including Telecoms.com, VanillaPlus, Pipeline and The Fast Mode that boast a total circulation of over 2 million. TechComms was also successful in achieving 187 brand mentions across all placements, as well as secured press coverage on Anritsu’s partnership with Vi, including 6 news features and 5 press release pick-ups. Coverage was also secured for the company’s MasterClaw Service Assurance Validation on RedHat OpenShift, which resulted in 3 news features.
