Paul Mitchell, Continuity Through Planning, has over 20 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience. Paul has worked across both public and private sectors — including fintech, local government, online betting, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, insurance, and roadside assistance. Paul led the AA’s crisis management team during its response to COVID-19 and continues to support the long-term resilience improvements that followed. He brings a practical, people-focused approach to every project, with a passion for helping organisations build stronger, more adaptable operations — and for mentoring the next generation of resilience professionals.
Lisa Perry, TechComms, has over 20 years’ experience in leading communications campaigns for technology companies on a global, regional and local level. Lisa worked in-house for Polycom as part of the corporate EMEA communications team, where she managed multiple agencies and launched the EMEA analyst programme. She also worked agency side for leading video and audio providers, Lifesize and unified and cloud communication provider, Fuze.
